Your Mid-Year Recruitment Resolutions

Somehow, the first half of 2017 has disappeared already! As each month seems to feel busier than the last, it can be easy to settle into bad recruitment habits. So, it’s important to make time to step back and assess what is and isn’t working for you.

Here are my top five suggestions for making sure the next 6 months of recruitment are you most successful yet:

1. Change the way you interview
